Lead large-scale hospitality operations at the University of Kentucky through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences. As the Director of Operations, you will oversee venue operations, financial performance, staffing initiatives, and service execution across multiple departments while supporting a culture of hospitality and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of hospitality or foodservice leadership experience
- Experience managing high-volume operations
- Knowledge of budgeting, labor management, and operational planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
