Requirements
- 3+ years of hospitality, premium operations, or food and beverage management experience
- Experience managing teams in high-volume sports and entertainment environments
- Knowledge of premium hospitality and VIP guest service standards
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and scheduling systems
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination
Responsibilities
- Oversee premium hospitality operations across suites, clubs, and VIP spaces
- Supervise premium service staff during event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure all food and beverage presentations meet Levy service standards
- Coordinate staffing levels and operational assignments for events
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain elevated guest satisfaction standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to purchasing teams
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Partner with culinary and operations leadership to execute premium experiences
- Train and mentor team members on service procedures and operational expectations
- Maintain accurate operational reports, event documentation, and compliance records
