Levy is seeking a Concessions Food Runner to join their team at Q2 Stadium. This role involves retrieving and preparing food orders for guest pickup or delivery, ensuring order accuracy, and providing excellent guest service. Requirements

Must be able to retrieve completed food orders and prepare them for guest pickup or delivery.
Must be able to verify order accuracy before presenting food to guests.
Must be able to call out order numbers and assist guests with locating and receiving their orders.
Must be able to ensure all food items are properly packaged, garnished, and accompanied by necessary condiments, utensils, and napkins.
Must be able to maintain communication with kitchen, cashier, and concession staff to ensure efficient service flow.
Must be able to monitor ticket times and help expedite orders during peak service periods.
Must be able to provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
Must be able to assist in resolving guest concerns related to food orders.
Must be able to keep expo and guest pickup areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Must be able to follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Must be able to assist with restocking supplies and supporting concession stand operations as needed.
Must be able to support opening, event, and closing duties.
