About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable, tasty beverage moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery. This position is summer only from May to September/October at our Canalside location at 44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. Opportunity may be available to transfer to our Chicago Street Brewery location once the season ends. Evening and weekend availability is a must. The Concessionaire provides top-notch service and hospitality to patrons by executing a variety of tasks such as providing a friendly atmosphere, taking orders and payment, managing the concession area, conversing with patrons about menu items and our beverage offerings, pouring drinks, maintaining cleanliness and performing opening and closing duties. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, self-motivation, customer-focused attitude, flexibility, and be willing to learn. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service - the ultimate guest experience!
