About The Position

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes in delivering memorable, tasty beverage moments. This Concessionaire position is a summer-only role, from May to September/October, at the Canalside location at 44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. The Concessionaire is responsible for providing top-notch service and hospitality to patrons by executing a variety of tasks. This includes fostering a friendly atmosphere, taking orders and processing payments, managing the concession area, engaging with patrons about menu items and beverage offerings, pouring drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and performing opening and closing duties. Ideal candidates will support the company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, be self-motivated, customer-focused, flexible, and willing to learn, with a strong desire to promote RBC brands and provide an unparalleled guest experience.
