Line Cook - Canalside
About The Position
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience best shared with friends. Their goal is to deliver memorable, tasty beverage moments to drinkers in the Greater Buffalo region. This Line Cook position is seasonal, running from May to September/October, at the Canalside location. The role involves prepping and making food, contributing to back-of-house operations by fostering a team-focused, clean, and supportive work environment, and promoting efficiency. Ideal candidates will support the company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, self-motivation, customer-focused attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn, with a strong desire to promote the brands and provide unparalleled guest experience.
Requirements
- Food handling experience required - prep and cooking
- Able to follow directions
- Promote cleanliness and protocols
- A friendly, personable attitude
- A helpful, supportive, attentive demeanor
- Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
- Availability to meet our needs during our hours of operation; flexible
- Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
- Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
- Authorized to work in the US
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
