About The Position

The Concentration Lab Technician assists with the concentration portion of autogenous vaccines and performs other duties and daily activities. The role requires working with little to no supervision and reading and understanding departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The technician assembles and concentrates autogenous vaccines in sterile environments using aseptic techniques learned through on-the-job training, and follows company policies and applicable USDA regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

High-school diploma or higher.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively and convey information to colleagues at various levels.
Ability to recognize problems.
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend information.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Degree or experience in a related field.
Aseptic technique and clean room experience.
Good documentation practice experience.

Responsibilities

Assemble and concentrate autogenous vaccines in sterile environments using aseptic techniques.
Clean and sterilize filters according to standard operating procedures.
Read and follow SOPs efficiently and accurately.
Maintain records and document daily tasks.
Prepare, clean, and sterilize glassware and equipment used in procedures.
Manage inventory.
Communicate accurately with coworkers and the supervisor.
Demonstrate and promote safe laboratory practices and procedures as assigned by Cambridge Technologies.
Work within Cambridge Technologies company policies.
Learn and follow USDA regulatory guidelines.
Perform other assigned duties.
