About The Position
The Computer Systems Analyst provides technical assistance and coordination to information systems end users. The role includes testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving hardware and application problems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, printers, basic network configuration, and hardware and software support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Diplomacy, tact, organizational skills, office skills, and confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may apply.
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and managing client-server technology in a Windows environment is preferred.
