About The Position

The Supply Chain AI Co-op develops data products, analytics solutions, and AI capabilities to improve inventory optimization, demand planning, fulfillment, and supply chain visibility across Danaher operating companies. The position is part of the Supply Chain AI - Danaher Organization, works remotely to cover Indiana, and reports to the Manager, Solution Architect Engineering.

The co-op supports data pipeline development using modern cloud data platforms; builds analytical models and dashboards for supply chain planning and operational decisions; profiles, cleanses, validates, and assesses the quality of supply chain datasets; and develops SQL, Python, and data engineering solutions. The role also participates in AI and machine learning proof-of-concepts focused on forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain insights. Collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, and data scientists, along with documentation, testing, and deployment work, is part of the position.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming language such as Python.
• Understanding of data analysis, statistics, or machine learning fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, data engineering concepts, or AI technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with supply chain analytics, inventory optimization, forecasting, or operations research.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of data pipelines using modern cloud data platforms.
• Assist in building analytical models and dashboards for supply chain planning and operational decision-making.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assessment across supply chain datasets.
• Develop SQL, Python, and data engineering solutions to support business initiatives.
• Participate in AI and machine learning proof-of-concepts focused on forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities for analytics and AI solutions.
