As a Computer Operator, you will monitor system activity, recognize performance problems, and take appropriate action. You will observe peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on the monitor of a terminal to detect faulty output or machine stoppage. You will also assist with Customer Service Center duties such as answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone calls, voicemail, email, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality.
