Requirements

  • Proficient in Data Processing operations
  • Must meet nightly truck departure deadlines
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required, or equivalent experience required
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience in Data Processing or computer science vocations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with AS400(PKMS) and SAP orders processing
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, processing, and waving orders
  • Running order reports
  • Printing, sorting, and distributing customer document packets
  • Troubleshooting and managing production printer problems and maintaining the performance of the production printers
  • Monitoring incoming email and taking the necessary action to execute, research, and find answers, and reply to the requests
  • Sorting, alphabetizing, creating cover sheets, and scanning receiving POs and PODs
  • Escalating system related problems that impact operations to the leaders and managers as needed
  • Troubleshooting RF unit problems
  • Providing IT helpdesk contacts guidance to other team members
  • Restocking paper and stickers daily
  • Performing related duties as assigned
  • Assisting with projects when needed
  • Performing regular preventative maintenance on printers such as cleaning and vacuuming printers
  • Monitoring utilization of paper, stickers, labels, toner, and notifying the responsible party when supplies need to be ordered
  • Maintaining an organized work area to prevent work-related injuries and keeping the room clear of obstructions
