This is a Co-Op position for an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited Mechanical or Aerospace degree program. The role focuses on structural analysis within the Compression Systems Engineering department, which is responsible for the design, development, and in-service support of fans, low-pressure, and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. The Co-Op will gain experience in executing structural analysis using hand calculations, 2D and 3D finite element modeling, and classical methods. Responsibilities include supporting all design phases, manufacturing, and operational services, as well as participating in product investigations and presenting findings to integrated product teams and management. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in Aguadilla, PR, and 2 days remote.
