About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant helps guests start their day with a welcoming and satisfying breakfast experience. The role involves preparing breakfast items and beverages, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and keeping the dining and service areas clean, stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards. The attendant greets guests, answers questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and shares information about local attractions. The position also involves clearing tables, refreshing buffet stations, responding to special requests and issues, and assisting the team with tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying. The attendant should remain professional and composed during busy periods while working on their feet and lifting and carrying items weighing 20–50 pounds.

Best Western Plus Rialto is a newly built, design-forward hotel near the Foothill Grove housing development and Renaissance Shopping Center, within a short drive of downtown San Bernardino. The property serves business and leisure travelers and features guest rooms and suites with modern amenities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work effectively during busy periods.
