About The Position
Residence Inn Lake Mary is hiring a part-time Complimentary AM Attendant, primarily for Saturday and Sunday shifts, with occasional fill-in days as needed. The attendant helps guests start their day with a welcoming breakfast experience by preparing and providing food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas, and offering friendly assistance. The role also includes answering questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, sharing information about local attractions, responding to guest requests, and helping the team with tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying. The position requires stamina for being on your feet and lifting and carrying items weighing 20–50 pounds, while remaining professional during busy periods. The hotel is a relaxed, suburban extended-stay property serving business travelers and families. Its amenities include grab-and-go breakfast, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a boardroom.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior food and beverage or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds.
- Warm hospitality, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options.
- Share information and recommendations about local attractions.
- Prepare and provide breakfast items and beverages while following food-safety and cleanliness standards.
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and stocked to brand standards.
- Clear tables and refresh buffet stations promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond calmly to special requests or issues.
- Assist with dishwashing, restocking, and tidying as needed.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with the team throughout each shift.
- Remain professional and energetic during busy periods.
