About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant helps create a welcoming breakfast experience for hotel guests. The role includes greeting guests, answering questions about hotel amenities and breakfast, and sharing information about local attractions. The attendant prepares and provides breakfast items and beverages while maintaining food safety and cleanliness. They keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and stocked, clear tables, and refresh buffet stations. The attendant also responds to guest needs and special requests, helps resolve issues, and supports the team with tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying. The position requires stamina to remain active, lift and carry items weighing 20–50 lbs., and stay professional during busy periods.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Ability to stay on your feet and lift and carry items weighing 20–50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus.
