Responsibilities
- Maintain and order inventory needed to operate a quality breakfast bar.
- Monitor and maintain expenses.
- Maintain guest relations and provide guest recovery when guests complain about their stay.
- Set up the breakfast bar.
- Maintain breakfast-bar quality standards throughout breakfast hours.
- Restock the breakfast bar as needed.
- Tear down and clean up the breakfast bar.
