About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant sets a welcoming tone for guests and helps provide a satisfying breakfast experience. The role includes preparing and serving breakfast food and beverages, keeping dining and service areas clean, stocked, and organized, refreshing buffet stations, and clearing tables. The attendant answers guest questions about hotel amenities, breakfast options, and local attractions, and responds to special requests or issues with professionalism. Team members may also assist with dishwashing, restocking, and general tidying. The position requires staying on one’s feet and lifting and carrying items weighing 20–50 pounds. The role is part-time, on the AM shift, and requires weekend availability.

Requirements

Ability to stay on one’s feet and lift and carry items weighing 20–50 pounds.
Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and answer questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options.
Share information about local attractions with guests.
Prepare and provide breakfast items and beverages while following food safety and cleanliness practices.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service areas according to brand standards.
