About The Position

The Complimentary AM Attendant helps guests start their day with a pleasant breakfast experience. The role includes greeting guests, answering questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and sharing information about nearby attractions. The attendant prepares breakfast items and beverages, maintains food safety and cleanliness, keeps service areas stocked and organized, clears tables, and refreshes buffet stations. They respond calmly to guest requests and issues and assist the team with tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying. The position requires stamina for working on one’s feet, lifting and carrying items weighing 20–50 lbs., and maintaining a professional manner during busy periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior food and beverage or hospitality experience is a plus. The hotel is located near Fort Bliss, El Paso Airport, local businesses, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Full-time employees become eligible for the stated benefits after an initial waiting period.

Requirements
