About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join its Support Center team in the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. The role supports affordable housing compliance and requires someone who enjoys new challenges and can thrive in a deadline-driven schedule. The position involves limited travel to sites for special assignments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in affordable housing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Two years of Tax Credit experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete agency reporting.
- Process move-ins and recertifications.
- Send out notices.
- Monitor resident accounts.
- Travel to sites for special assignments in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.
