Requirements

  • 5+ years of Dental Assistant experience is required.
  • Must hold an active Texas RDA license and a valid Radiology certification.
  • Open to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of state-by-state regulations.
  • Experience with back-office functions, including sterilization, medication ordering, and infection control.
  • Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations, operator training, and scheduling equipment performance evaluations.

Nice To Haves

  • Lead RDA/EFDA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a compliance resource for assigned dental practices across multiple states.
  • Support OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, infection control, and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and assist offices in preparing for inspections and audits.
  • Partner with practice teams to ensure required documentation, training, and regulatory requirements are maintained.
  • Coordinate with approved vendors regarding equipment testing, maintenance, and compliance-related services.
  • Analyze compliance-related data and support initiatives that improve regulatory adherence and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver training and coaching to doctors, office leaders, and clinical team members on compliance and operational best practices.
  • Travel to supported practices as needed.
