About The Position

First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 160 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a Compliance Specialist based out of our office located at 111 W. Front St., Berwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer in ensuring the Bank establishes and maintains an effective, best practices compliance management system, to detect and prevent violations of law, to promote ethical practices and to promote a commitment to compliance with the law.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of applicable banking regulations
• Working knowledge of the lending and deposit operations functions
• Detail oriented with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
• Proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics
