About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join its Support Center team in the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. The role suits someone who enjoys new challenges and works well in a deadline-driven schedule. Compliance Specialists handle agency reporting, process move-ins and recertifications, send notices, monitor resident accounts, and perform related duties. The position requires limited travel to sites for special assignments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Experience in affordable housing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Two years of experience with Tax Credit.
Responsibilities
