Compliance Reporting Analyst

SafeRide Health
•$90,000 - $110,000

About The Position

SafeRide Health is hiring a Compliance Reporting Analyst to deliver accurate, timely reporting to MCO clients and Medicare and Medicaid programs, while helping automate manual reporting processes. The analyst owns report production, quality assurance, and submission tracking, and works across SafeRide teams, particularly with Data Analytics, Product, and Operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Reporting and Encounters Program Manager, the role helps shape and scale the reporting compliance function by identifying gaps, strengthening processes, and building repeatable reporting practices. During the first 30 days, the analyst learns data sources, validation requirements, and submission workflows by shadowing a reporting cycle, builds foundational knowledge of applicable CFR requirements, MCO agreements, and state Medicaid handbooks, and begins executing assigned reports with guidance. By day 60, the analyst takes ownership of recurring reports, coordinates reporting needs with Data Analytics through clear actionable tickets, and documents workflows and inefficiencies. By day 90, the analyst owns assigned government and client reporting end-to-end and leads client reporting optimization and automation with Data Analytics. Expected outcomes during the first six months include accurate and timely reports, contributions to establishing and stabilizing repeatable reporting processes, appropriate automation, and process improvements that strengthen compliance and mitigate reporting risk. The role also performs prescribed quality checks and maintains current SOPs, field mappings, regulatory research, and decision logs to support audit-ready processes. This is a salaried exempt position and is not eligible for overtime. Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a background check.
