About The Position
The Compliance and Reporting Analyst coordinates accurate and timely reporting to federal, state, system, accrediting, ranking, and other external entities while ensuring data quality and consistent reporting practices. The position also provides recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support institutional planning, accreditation, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of higher education data.
- Experience interpreting reporting requirements and extracting, validating, and documenting data.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize a high volume of work under firm external deadlines.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
