About The Position

The Compliance Paralegal plays a key role in supporting the company's global compliance and ethics program. Working under the direction of legal counsel, this position assists with the administration, monitoring, and expansion of compliance initiatives, including data privacy, anti-bribery, Code of Conduct, and related regulatory programs. This individual serves as a dedicated resource to the Compliance team while providing support to other Legal Department functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate with relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate, compliance, and/or litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them through completion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • knowledge of due diligence, records retention, privacy, and data protection practices preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain compliance program materials, including policies, procedures, reports, certifications, and related communications.
  • Support data privacy activities, including management of data subject rights requests, privacy documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Assist with anti-bribery and ethics initiatives, including third-party due diligence reviews, risk assessments, and related reporting.
  • Respond to compliance audit requests and help maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Draft, review, and organize legal and compliance-related documents, correspondence, presentations, policies, and agreements.
  • Administer company-wide compliance programs, including Code of Conduct training, anti-bribery and privacy training, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and compliance certifications.
  • Review documents and materials for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; conduct legal and compliance research as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives, investigations, audits, and special projects.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal and Compliance teams and assist with other duties as assigned.
