About The Position

Caliza is commercial banking infrastructure for companies operating across borders, providing a platform and API for USD accounts, multi-currency collections and payments, and currency conversion across local rails, SWIFT, and stablecoins. The company is building a treasury layer with programmable accounts, approval policies, automated reconciliation, and working capital tools for finance teams and AI agents. Its customers include importers, exporters, FX brokers, payment companies, and fintechs across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The Compliance Onboarding Analyst will manage Caliza’s customer onboarding queue, reviewing new business customers and integrator partners, collecting required documentation, and making timely, well-reasoned approval decisions. The analyst will work closely with the Compliance Manager, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, and contribute to scaling onboarding processes as volume grows. The role is remote in the United States or Latin America and reports to the Compliance Manager. This position requires reviewing KYB and KYC documentation and screening results, assigning risk ratings, documenting decisions, and escalating high-risk or enhanced due diligence cases. The analyst will also support periodic reviews, develop and maintain onboarding procedures, respond to examiner and correspondent bank inquiries in coordination with the Compliance Manager, and track onboarding performance metrics. Benefits vary by country of employment and may include health coverage, paid time off and holidays, a home office or equipment allowance, a professional development budget, and in-person team offsites. Candidates outside the US may be employed through an employer of record or engaged as contractors, with compensation and benefits structured according to local law and market practice.
