The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain resident medical records and Employee files in accordance with current federal and state guidelines, as well as in accordance with the facility’s established privacy policies and procedures. This role involves managing administrative functions related to record-keeping, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting various facility committees and personnel functions. The Compliance Officer is expected to uphold the facility's policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
