About The Position

The Compliance Analyst – Training and Development (also described as an Administrative Services Assistant of Compliance or Training Data Analyst) supports training compliance for correctional officers across Tennessee. The role uses the TCI Learning Management System (LMS) to analyze and audit training records, verify compliance with state-required training standards, maintain data quality, and prepare reports. It also provides administrative and project support for staff training and development in coordination with the Training Division. The position is based in Clinton, Tennessee, with a hybrid schedule of three days a week and requires travel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and administrative support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a compliance role within a regulatory or training environment is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Use the TCI Learning Management System to mine and analyze data and verify that officers meet state-required training standards.
• Audit customer-submitted information for accuracy and completeness and ensure compliance with state minimum training requirements.
• Assist with projects related to staff training and development, coordinating with the Training Division.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on training delivery and documentation.
• Track and report on staff development, including hours spent on self-development activities.
• Produce reports and analyses concerning training compliance and effectiveness.
• Track and report quality assurance trends in the LMS to support continuous improvement and compliance.
• Create and implement quality assurance measures to assess and report on specialized and major training events.
