About The Position

The Complex Director of Housekeeping leads housekeeping operations at Faro Blanco Resort and Courtyard by Marriott in Marathon, Florida. The role is responsible for delivering spotless, inspection-ready guest rooms and public areas on time while managing labor, linen, supply, and chemical costs to plan. The Director leads housekeeping supervisors and teams across both resorts, maintains quality standards, builds staffing models from occupancy forecasts, and develops team members for career growth. This position reports to the Managing Director.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience managing labor models and productivity targets.
• Knowledge of inspection and quality-control systems.
• Knowledge of linen and laundry operations.
• Forecasting and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to build labor and linen budgets and manage to them.
• A coaching style, an ability to teach standards, and a commitment to team safety.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality.
• Experience with Hilton or Marriott.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping supervisors and teams at both resorts.
• Establish and maintain room and public-area standards.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are inspection-ready and completed on time.
• Build staffing models based on occupancy forecasts and manage labor productivity.
• Manage labor, linen, supply, and chemical programs and their costs against plan.
• Develop attendants into supervisors and supervisors into directors.
• Coach employees on standards and support team safety.
