About The Position

Sun Hospitality Resort Services is hiring a full-time, onsite Director of Housekeeping in Charleston, South Carolina. This leader keeps guest rooms and public spaces consistently guest-ready while supporting a high-performing team. The role includes leading daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness standards, coaching and scheduling team members, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service. A typical shift begins with reviewing occupancy and priorities and walking key areas to identify issues that could affect the guest experience. The Director remains visible throughout the day, communicating with supervisors and coordinating with the front desk and maintenance. The role also involves reviewing quality notes and trends, adjusting plans as arrivals change, and ensuring the team has the resources needed to prepare the property for check-in.

Requirements

Housekeeping leadership experience in hotels or resorts.

Responsibilities
