About The Position
Enterprise subject matter expert who designs, governs, and evaluates compensation programs to align with strategy. Leads enterprise initiatives, advises executives, and sets standards for equitable, market-competitive pay. This is a Hybrid Position at our Administrative Campus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (Required)
- 8+ years of compensation experience with demonstrated SME depth.
- Expertise with Workday Compensation and market pricing platforms; advanced modeling skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with market pricing systems (e.g., MarketPay) and HR systems such as Workday.
- Experience with managing complex, highly visible projects through the various phases of implementation.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree, preferred
- CCP or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred.
- 4 - 8 years of experience
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other relevant professional certification is strongly preferred.
