About The Position

IntegraCare, a manager of senior living, independent living, and memory care communities, is seeking an energetic and influential sales and marketing professional to market Candle Light Cove in Easton, Maryland. The role focuses on working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and following established guidelines. The successful candidate communicates effectively, motivates others, responds to their needs and concerns, and shows genuine interest in the business and the needs of the company, management, team, and customers.

The position involves community outreach and referral-source development, managing the inquiry, admissions, and discharge processes, maintaining marketing records, planning and presenting marketing activities, coordinating community tours, and achieving census goals. Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, or a successful sales background in the long-term health care industry.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited university.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
