About The Position

Caring Transitions is seeking a relationship-driven, field-based sales professional to build referral partnerships, meet with families, and convert consultations into services. This role is centered around the senior community and involves spending most of your time in person — visiting senior living communities, meeting referral partners, and conducting in-home consultations. Ideal candidates bring experience working with seniors or a background in relationship-based sales (moving, relocation, home services, etc.). Caring Transitions specializes in senior relocation, downsizing, estate sales & online auctions (CT Bids), and home cleanouts. Our team supports families through major life transitions with compassion, professionalism, and care.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Senior living, healthcare, social work, or related fields
  • Direct experience working with seniors and their families
  • Moving, relocation, or home services experience
  • B2B or consultative, relationship-driven sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral relationships with senior communities, realtors, and local partners
  • Conduct in-home consultations and recommend services
  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of leads
  • Convert consultations into signed service agreements
  • Track activity and follow-up using CRM tools
  • Represent the company with professionalism and empathy
