About The Position

The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate an eventual transition from program supports to self-empowerment, independence, and community connections. The position is in Public Health Nursing at Meadow Lake Primary Health Care Centre in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. It is a full-time temporary position, with an expected start date of November 30, 2026, and an expected end date of July 5, 2027. The role is day shift with field hours, and travel is required.

Requirements

• Grade 12 education.
• One year of previous related life skills experience, experience working with family services or social services, or experience in areas such as culture and recreation, service clubs, inner-city or community programs, or school programs.
• Communication, organizational, basic computer, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a group setting.
• Knowledge of poverty issues.
• Valid driver's license, where required.
