About The Position

The Community Partnership & Campaign Coordinator leads community fundraising initiatives, food drives, and national giving campaigns that support the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma’s mission of Feeding neighbors and building community, together. This role oversees local food, and fund drives with businesses, schools, churches, civic groups, and community organizations while also coordinating national cause marketing and fundraising campaigns administered through Feeding America and participating corporate partners. The coordinator serves as a key connector between community partners, corporate supporters, volunteers, and the Food Bank, helping expand resources, increase awareness, and strengthen engagement throughout eastern Oklahoma.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree (A.A.), or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and two years related customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer proficiency in Google, and Microsoft Office Software, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate and interact with diverse clientele and staff.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the Food Bank.
  • Ability to effectively analyze situations and resolve routine and complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be comfortable and effective at handling multiple tasks and concurrent projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Safe driving record, current vehicle insurance, and ability to use personal and company vehicles.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to attend all after-hours cause marketing events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage community food and fund drive campaigns across eastern Oklahoma involving businesses, schools, churches, civic groups, and community organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local campaigns and for Feeding America-coordinated national giving initiatives, including retail, workplace, and cause marketing campaigns.
  • Develop campaign plans, timelines, materials, toolkits, promotional resources, and communication strategies to support successful implementation.
  • Build, maintain, and steward relationships with community partners, campaign leaders, corporate supporters, and volunteers, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Track and report campaign performance including dollars raised, pounds collected, participation levels, volunteer engagement, and overall impact.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics including collections, pickups, materials distribution, recognition efforts, and related activities.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, volunteer, and operations teams to maximize campaign visibility, engagement, and results.
  • Represent the Food Bank at community events, presentations, campaign kickoffs, volunteer activities, and partner meetings.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records, reporting, and documentation while supporting performance tracking, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Support special events, seasonal initiatives, emergency response efforts, and other community engagement activities, including occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
