About The Position

Registered Professional Nurse with broad knowledge and skills who participates in the coordination of clinical programs and services for designated patient populations.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (1 Year)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate (Required Depts.: L&D, NICU)
• ACLS (Required Depts.: ED; PACU/ASU; ICUs; Telemetry Units; SDU; IR, Interventional Cardiology (CCL/EP/Echo); L&D; Endoscopy, and APN Adult Oncology)
• BCLS
• PALS (Required Depts.: ED; PACU; IR; Peds ICU, and APNs Pediatric Oncology)

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development, implementation and coordination of clinical services and programs for designated patient populations.
• Promotes an interdisciplinary approach in patient care delivery.
• Serves as a resource for patients and their families.
• Acts as a patient advocate utilizing the Patient Bill of Rights.
• Participates in promoting and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
