Community Manager - Union Hills Estates - Glendale, AZ
About The Position
The Community Manager leads daily operations at Union Hills Estates, a multifamily residential community in Glendale, Arizona. The role oversees property operations and team development while helping create a welcoming, inclusive experience for residents. Responsibilities include managing budgets and rent collections, overseeing leasing and compliance, coordinating maintenance, addressing resident concerns, promoting safety and community engagement, and supporting client communications. The position reports to the Asset Director and requires on-site work as scheduled. Property assignments, work location, schedule, and hours may be modified or reassigned based on business needs, operational requirements, or owner/client requests.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of multifamily leasing management experience.
- Strong financial and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
