About The Position

The Community Living Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision of employees and program services for individuals with disabilities who live independently. The role oversees implementation of service plans, including medical care and behavior supports, and ensures that individuals’ outcomes and objectives are being met. The supervisor also ensures that supports meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a direct care position supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to work with a variety of computer systems.
• Valid license, car insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of college-level coursework in the human services field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
