About The Position
New Horizons is hiring a Program Manager for Community Living. The Program Manager works closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department, overseeing Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals. The role supports individuals with disabilities in growing, developing skills, and living as independently as possible. The position calls for strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to organizational and employee needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Drug test required.
- Background report and driving record required.
- TB test required.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
