About The Position

New Horizons is seeking a Program Manager for Community Living. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department, overseeing Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals who support individuals with disabilities in growing, developing skills, and living as independently as possible. The role calls for strong communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, organization and attention to detail, and adaptability to the needs of the organization and its employees. The schedule is full-time, with hours that will vary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Drug test required.
• Background report and driving record required.
• TB test required.

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred.
