About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Community Life Associate to plan and execute a well-rounded, refined, wellness-centered community life program for residents. The role supports residents’ health and well-being and provides opportunities for them to continue to thrive. The associate provides services and develops meaningful relationships with residents while representing Watermark’s operating principles. Candidates should have a passion for working with seniors and experience as a Community Life Associate.

Requirements

• Passion for working with seniors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience preparing and implementing activities preferred.
• Experience in resident programming preferred.
• A degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field is a plus.
• Experience as a Community Life Associate.
