About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a Community Life Associate to plan and carry out a well-rounded, refined, wellness-centered community life program that supports residents’ health, well-being, and continued engagement. The role offers the opportunity to provide services and build meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living community. Watermark welcomes candidates with backgrounds such as theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning, and recreation, and seeks people who take pride in their work and are passionate about working with seniors.

Requirements

• Two years of experience preparing and implementing activities is preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for working with seniors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field.
• Experience in resident programming.
