About The Position
The main purpose of this position is to provide Community Health Nursing services to the residents of the Washington County Health Department.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
- None. (Experience as a Registered Nurse can substitute for education)
- Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
- Possession of a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland (if assigned duties requiring vehicle operation).
- Provide a telephone number at which they can be reached.

- Maternal and Child knowledge of prenatal and postnatal care.
- Knowledge/Experience of resources available for pregnant individuals.
