Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Community Foreman of Internal Renovations position. In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and assist in all renovation activities. This position will be fully engaged in all resale activities and work closely with all vendors to ensure apartments and/or other renovation projects are being completed as scheduled.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
4-5 years of technical maintenance experience
Technical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization, as well as knowledge of all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems
Good working knowledge of all phases of electricity and national electrical codes
Understanding of national fire protection codes, EPA, and OSHA, as well as other local, state, and federal regulations
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
