About The Position

At Billet Health, our Community Liaisons are more than just sales representatives; they are trusted resources for physicians, facilities, case managers, patients, and families. We are seeking an experienced Home Health Community Liaison who understands that strong referral relationships are built through consistency, communication, education, and follow-through. In this role, you will become a familiar and reliable resource for healthcare professionals throughout the Dallas area, educating them about Billet Health's services, identifying opportunities to support patients, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure smooth transitions into care. Billet Health offers a broad continuum of healthcare services including Home Health, Hospice, Pharmacy, Primary Care, and Mobile Providers, allowing for relationships that extend beyond a single service line.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Home Health marketing or healthcare sales experience
• Established Dallas-area referral relationships
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and healthcare compliance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently manage a territory and schedule
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, and physician offices
• Demonstrated history of referral growth
• CRM/EMR experience

Responsibilities
