About The Position

The Community Care Associate is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the property’s grounds, common areas, and other spaces. Duties include daily trash pickup and trash-area cleaning, groundskeeping, routine checks and cleaning, seasonal snow removal, and delivering newsletters and flyers. The associate also supports maintenance staff with maintenance and painting tasks as requested. The position offers additional bonus opportunities and a salary range of $39,923–$42,000 USD.

Requirements

• Must have personal or reliable transportation to get to work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform pushing, pulling, and climbing activities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and clean the trash area daily.
• Pull weeds, rake leaves, and water grounds.
• Sweep halls and curbs at least once a week.
• Check hall lights once a week.
• Power wash stairwells twice a year.
• Hose out hallways once per month.
• Vacuum the pool.
• Check all bandit signs daily.
• Shovel snow and assist with snow removal as needed.
• Deliver newsletters and other fliers as needed by 3:00 p.m.
• Clean the clubhouse, apartments, and other common areas.
• Check and clean handrails once a week.
• Assist and support maintenance staff with maintenance and various painting tasks as requested.
