About The Position

Here at Youth4Youth, we have built a strong, tight-knit community of individuals passionate about making a difference and improving the lives of young people across the UK. Our growing team of volunteers all contribute significantly to the impact we have as a charity on our direct beneficiaries, regardless of the department they work in or the time they are able to commit. Our services primarily offer a peer-support network to young people across the UK, allowing them to access a peer mentor of a similar age who they feel more comfortable speaking with. If successful, you will be joining a growing team of diverse but like-minded individuals, collaborating to increase the Charity's reach and improve the support available to young people. All of our volunteers and employees are remote workers, but that doesn't stop us from keeping in touch and maintaining a strong, positive culture amongst our whole team. About the role Lead Y4Y’s strategic communications and digital presence during a transformational growth phase. Following our 15th Anniversary and the launch of our digital Chat Portal, this role owns our brand narrative, drives user engagement for our out-of-hours safety net, and amplifies our commercial and advocacy initiatives.

  • Monitor engagement analytics across digital touchpoints to optimise messaging, grow our subscriber base, and support fundraising efforts.
