Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead (PMP/DAWIA III Required)
About The Position
The Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead is a senior technical role supporting ALTESS. The position oversees a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers responsible for implementing, managing, and administering C2E customer projects in AWS and Azure cloud environments. The Support Lead reviews service level agreements, addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects. The role is the principal representative and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical and professional guidance and leadership. The position requires a PMP certification or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management, as well as an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Requirements
- Eight or more years of experience.
- Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance.
- Ability to relate to customers in a professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects.
