About The Position

The Commission Sales role in Kids' Apparel & Shoes at Nordstrom focuses on providing attentive customer service, meeting sales goals, and building customer relationships. The associate creates a fun, welcoming shopping experience for parents, children, and gift shoppers; provides sizing and fit guidance; supports expecting and new parents with baby essentials; and helps customers find products that suit their needs.
