About The Position

The Commission Sales role in Lingerie is focused on providing personalized customer service and expert guidance on fashion, fit, and styling to help customers feel confident and comfortable. The salesperson builds customer loyalty through both digital and in-store interactions, offering a supportive and respectful experience for customers of diverse shapes and sizes. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process. The role also involves pursuing sales goals, staying current on product and fashion knowledge through training, and working with the team to keep the department customer-ready. This is a seasonal position at the Irvine Spectrum Center.

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring customers and providing fit and style guidance.
Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
Achieve in-store and digital sales goals, using tools such as text and social media.
Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through training from Nordstrom and brand consultants.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
